RANKS AND UNLOCKS
Here you can find all of the abilities that get unlocked for rank progression. This means that the longer agents are in the USSS and the harder they work, the more abilities that will open up to them. This allows agents to have something to be working towards, giving them an incentive for a job well done!

Operating Officer rank unlock:
An operation officer is a very high ranking agent with over 4 months of service to the department. This is the rank that High Command looks at for the ELITE agents who qualify to become FTOs.
Asst. Chief Operating Officer (FTO) rank unlock:
-
High Command Recruits to this position as it sees fit!
-
This rank is where you get taught about all the FTO abilities, and all the training guidelines.
-
This rank is very hard to earn, and shows MONTHS of dedication to the USSS and an observed ability to remain calm and professional to make sure agents below you always see a good example.
-
This entitles agents to being able to train all agents in ALL USSS Trainings. This includes BASIC(DPD), NTAC, CAT, UD, and helicopter training! (MUST train 3 time a month!)
FTOs DO have the ability to suspend an agent from duty if they do something bad against SOP/the Law, or both, until the command team can investigate and deal with it, and suggest strikes for agent issues.
Chief Operating Officer (COMMAND) rank unlock:
This rank is for those who were deemed the highest quality of upholding the utmost professionalism and maintaining an overall strict over-watch on other agents at all times. These agents do not goof around, these agents are always on the ball and in character. These agents must be willing to hand down punishments, strikes, suspensions, and Removals. These agents are tasked with the responsibility of other agents' appearance and duties. This job comes with the ability to conduct ALL USSS Trainings.
This job does not come lightly, and the rules are much more strict, and breaking them at this level comes with heavy negative consequences.
Command agents are also there to enforce the SOP and professionalism on all agents in the department. They can hand out strikes with valid reasons, and can suspend agents for review of FIRING by the director.
